Perfect for External & high moisture areas, the Aluminium shutters are made from extruded high tensile aluminium (T5), powder-coated in White, Pearl, Silver And Black and supplied with 316 grade stainless steel hardware. Aluminium is an extremely hard wearing material that can handle constant contact with water and is not susceptible to movement or warping. Methods of installation include: Fixed in top & bottom U Channels, Hinged in a Decorative L Frame or Panel only. also Aluminium shutters can be Track Bi-Folding or sliding. Most commonly used on decks and balconies to create privacy and control light, air flow and the weather.

- 1 Rotation type available Clearview Rotation. Also known as Hidden or Concealed rotation
- Several standard Frames for fixing the shutters to different situations.
- Maximum single panel width is 1200mm.
- Maximum panel height is 3600mm.
- Hinged bi-fold maximum individual panel with is 600mm, maximum opening is 2412mm.
- Track bi-fold maximum individual panel width is 700mm. Maximum panels recommend in 1 direction is 4 panels, for easy operation. More panels are ok. Bottom track is required.
- All shutters priced by the square metre. The flat blade is slightly cheaper than the Aerofoil blade. No price changes for the number of panels in an opening. Any frames or standard hardware is included in the normal costing. Additional cost is charged for freight & tracking for track bi-folding and sliding shutters.
Installation Methods
- Fixed in place, mainly used in a void or opening in a wall. See picture of fixed shutters in use.
- Hinged as single or paired shutters, used mainly on a window or door. See picture of hinged shutters in use.
- Hinged bi-fold, where 1 shutter is hinged off another shutter and bi-folding to 1 side or both sides of the opening. See picture of hinged bi-fold shutters in use.
- Track bi-folding where multiple shutters, with the use of a tracking system, are able to bi-fold the 1 or both direction, mainly used on a sliding door or as a room divider. See picture of track bi-folding shutters in use.
- Track sliding. Used to slide shutters using a track to slide shutters in different directions. Used mainly on a sliding door. Shutters can slide with either the blades open or closed, depending on situation. See picture of sliding shutters.
