Kit Shutters

These shutters come as a flat pack, in component form, as per the picture below. Made to suit your sizes, ready for assembly. They require you to assembly, finish and install the shutter shutters yourself. Hardware can be supplied if required. The western red cedar kits shutters are best suited when you want a natural timber shutter. The Hardwood shutters only come in White, but can easily be painted to any other colour.

• Kit Shutters in Western Red Cedar, can be chosen with either flat blades, 68 or 84mm wide or elliptical blades, 68 or 90mm wide. The Hardwood shutters have a 64mm or 89mm Aero-foil blade.
• Kit Shutters blade pivots are machined into the blade ends - NO PLASTIC PARTS ARE USED IN THE SHUTTER.
• The blades are pre-stapled and linked using an exclusive Alloy Link Strip and Timber Rotation bar allowing quick and neat assembly.
• A simple, adjustable blade tensioning mechanism is used to give smooth operation of the blades.
• Kit Shutters can be manufacture and delivered within two weeks from date of order.
• Assembly of a Kit Shutter requires only basic tools and can be completed in about 10 minutes per shutter.
