Message- I received my western red cedar kit shutters and would like you to know that I think they are great.
The workmanship is next to none and made my job of assembling them a piece of cake. The material used and the finish is perfect and they look great. You packed them really well and they were in perfect condition after travelling over 2000km from your factory.
The trouble is now that my wife loves them so much she wants all other doors in the home changed to louvers from Shutters Online.

Hello Neil,
I am happy to report that the shutters have arrived and installed without a hitch.
My wife loves them. The only problem was one of the shutters was short it's packet of screws and hinges, but as I was only using magnets on one of the shutters I found a few spare screws for the hanging strips and all was well.
Thanks for a great product. Remainder will be paid by electronic transfer as soon as invoice arrives.
